FED:Bligh says return to homes may take months
Some Brisbane residents may not be able to move back into their flood-affected homes
for months .. that's the warning from Queensland Premier ANNA BLIGH.
She says the state is facing a reconstruction effort of "post-war proportions".
Authorities are breathing a sigh of relief as the Brisbane River peaked at 4.46 metres
this morning .. below its projected level and a metre below the 1974 flood peak.
